PA Taco Bell manager helps save infant struggling to breathe in drive thru

It was a terrifying situation caught on video in a Taco Bell drive through in Pennsylvania.

With a baby's life on the line, an employee sprang into action just in the nick of time.

Video shows the heart pounding moments that Natasha Long realized that her 11-week-old son had was struggling to breathe while at a Taco Bell drive thru just outside Philadelphia, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

“I saw that he was turning blue. So, I pulled him out of his car seat and that's when I blacked out. I didn't know what to do,” Long said.

Long can be seen cradling baby Myles as she begins a desperate search for help; the tension building with each passing second.

Baby Myles, who was born with a rare syndrome involving his breathing and airway, was unresponsive to his mother's touch, but the pair wasn’t alone for long.

"She was there, right when I needed her; it was the wrong time but the right place."

Out of nowhere, a good Samaritan rushes to her rescue.

“I heard someone scream. And then someone yelled at the drive thru to call 911, saying ‘my baby is not breathing.’ So, I threw my headset off and ran outside,” said manager Becky Arbaugh.

The mystery woman taking charge was Taco Bell manager Becky Arbaugh, who began performing life-saving CPR on the infant.

Natasha didn’t lose her baby, thanks to Arbaugh, who was able to get baby Myles breathing before paramedics arrived.

A mom of four herself, Arbaugh recalled a similar experience with one of her own years ago, which she says had her prepared for a moment like this.

“Just a mom helping a mom.”

The two moms are now friends and feeling forever bonded.

“I think I’m going to look back and be like, ‘thank God Becky was there.’”

Baby Myles is doing a lot better, but he will need at least one surgery to help improve his quality of life and hopefully prevent another scare like this one.

Taco Bell also issued a statement about their employee's heroic actions, saying they are “incredibly proud.”
